OBI has teamed up with Precise Construction to provide sitework and utility infrastructure for the new Medical Office Building on Archer Road just west of the interstate. The building will house a new branch of Florida Orthopedic Institute.
OBI will be providing infrastructure upgrades along Archer Road in support of this work, including a directional bore under an existing entrance. We will also provide storm, sanitary, water and fire service to the building, a new parking lot complete with curb, and new sidewalks connecting the project to the Archer Road sidewalk and to the Assisted living facilty next door.
