OBI is proud to be partnering with Pinkerton & Laws on a new hotel just off Archer Road near I 75.
This project consists of the demolition of some older houses, and extensive City Street improvements, working closely with the City of Gainesville Public Works to keep everything running smoothly.
The project has a large underground storm system – one of OBI’s specialties!
We have provided everything expected of us, and have gotten out of the way and let them construct their hotel, and are just now coming back – in coordination with multiple scopes- just in time to bring our portion to completion.
