OBI is currently working with Stough Development Corporation on the construction of a new KedPlasma building on US 441 in Gainesville.
This project started with the demolition of the old City College building, and is currently running smoothly. We have been able to value engineer a few items to save the developer and the owner money!
This project has a special pond with an underground drainage system and a special structure – no problem for the experts at OBI!
