OBI is back at the intersection of Williston Road and 34th Street, this time installing the ‘landlord portion’ of a new WAWA. This means we are filling the site, compacting the building pad and installing the aprons and sidewalks around the site. WAWA will then send a dedicated construction team in to build out the rest of the infrastructure.
It’s a small project, but since we installed the initial infrastructure for the commercial lots here, it made sense for us to continue the work we started!
