O'Steen Brothers partnered with CHW on the HighPoint Crossing project in Alachua, FL. HighPoint Crossing is a new 127-acre mixed-use development that enhanced land efficiency in the City of Alachua by introducing new residential and commercial spaces. The first phase of the project included a ±2.7-acre hotel site a well as the associated infrastructure to support the commercial portion of the project, including roadways, utilities, and a stormwater management system. A portion of the new roadways are funded by an economic development grant obtained through a public – private partnership between the City of Alachua and the developer.
