RISE is a real estate development company planning a 124-unit, 185-bed student housing community on SW 13th Street across from the new Comfort Suites Project. The community will have two four-story buildings with one bedroom one bath units and two bedroom two bath units and include a pool, fitness facility, parking area and clubhouse.
