The Nine is a four (4)-story multi-family residential development with a seven (7) level parking garage located in the City of Gainesville. The development includes 179 units with 627 bedrooms, an amenities center, and courtyards. This project also includes an underground stormwater vault system located underneath the parking garage. This project redeveloped both single-family residential units and a non-residential use to increase the utilization of the site. Several amenities are located in an 11,000 SF clubhouse, including a fitness center, leasing office, study rooms, game room, tanning beds, and a bowling alley with two lanes. The property also features courtyards with a zero-entry pool, hot tub, cabanas, grills, and hammocks.
