Another development within a development for OBI, the Advance Automotive at Highland Park in Newberry is now underway!
Since we were right here anyway finishing the Highland Park Commercial Center and the Highland Park Residential subdivision, we were able to give Park and Eleazer Company a great price to give them a building pad and install the parking and storm system for the new building.
