O’Steen Brothers is starting the demolition and site work for the new Gator Walk appartment community being built in Gainesville. The 294-bed student housing development is located near the University of Florida campus behind The Nine (now called The Lark) off 13th street.

Gator Walk spans 85-units across four residential buildings, including one six-story flat and three (3) three-story townhomes. The subject property will include one through five-bedroom units and four through six-bedroom townhomes. The unit sizes range from 499 – 2,688 SF and average a total of 1,343 SF. The property includes secure parking and top of the market amenity spaces including: club room, fitness center, study and breakout rooms, secured package room and outdoor pool.
