High Point Crossing is a new 127-acre mixed-use development that will enhance land efficiency in the City of Alachua by introducing new residential and commercial spaces. The first phase of the project includes a ±2.7-acre hotel site a well as the associated infrastructure to support the commercial portion of the project, including roadways, utilities, and a stormwater management system. A portion of the new roadways is funded by an economic development grant obtained through a public – private partnership between the City of Alachua and the developer.
