O’Steen Brothers has broken ground on yet another large apartment community just North of Butler Plaza in Gainesville.  The Integra Twenty Four project is a HUD-financed urban living complex just a few blocks from the Urban Village project currently under construction.

Multiple buildings will offer 232 units in a modern community complete with clubhouse, pool and dog park.
