Highland Park Residential is a multi-phase residential development in beautiful Newberry, FL. OBI has partnered with GROMAX in developing nearly 350 homesites including Roads, Utilities, Drainage, Electric and Lighting.
We had already constructed the commercial property in front of the development and the US 441 improvements including a new traffic light and modern intersection.
OBI has also been selected as the site developer (so far!) for all of the individual businesses that will be moving there, including WAWA and Advance Automotive.
This is located across from the new Publix Plaza that we constructed a little over a year ago!
Newberry is a rapidly growing community just West of Gainesville, and OBI is proud that we first worked with the City installing sanitary and potable water capacity ahead of all the construction, so we can sustainably build and provide housing, but not overload the infrastructure.
