Hunter’s Creek is a multi-phase residential development in Lake City, FL. OBI has partnered with Garden Street Communities in developing over 200 new homesites and over 130 new townhome sites!
This is a challenging area to develop, the immediate area is pristine North Florida, including some wetland areas that need to be carefully protected. We are working closely with the local water management department and the DEP, along with certified wetland preservation companies to make sure our impact on these vulnerable areas is minimal, while delivering homesites that take advantage of the area’s natural beauty.
